I didnt realise how much i blab on till i watched this after. So heres a summary, 1 month: 1. Good Nutrition (no form of non medical drugs) 2. Exercise (intense cardio everyday) 3. Meditation (2x20min everyday) 4. Clean house and car 5. Organise study and work effectively 6. Something new everyday At the end of each week i'll post an update on how it's going.

Explaining Depersonalisation and Derealisation disorder, they are parts of some Anxiety disorders. The issues are not discussed enough and many people (including me until recently) live with these disorders without a clue. Life with these disorders is scary, confusing, and suffocating, I am glad that I now know what is wrong with me, it comforts me to know its just my anxiety and nothing worse! xx
