http://www.leanblog. org Dwight Schrute clearly isn't a "Lean Thinker" in terms of the lean management philosophy, or he wouldn't refer to people as "waste." Lean manufacturing, aka Toyota Production System, looks for waste in the system and processes that interferes with the ability of people to do good quality work. We attack waste, not people.
